Let's spend some time getting to know each other.  We will go over my principle coaching concepts and talk about your future goals and possiblities.

Half hour at no charge...let's just chat and make sure that the mentoring is a good fit for you!
Design your destiny through understanding your life's purpose and putting that purpose into your daily routine.  Understanding your strengths, your legacy, your passions and your gifts.

*Three 60-minute sessions focused on Emotional Intelligence.  Building a divine plan through structured work on accountability, accelerating growth through Gallup Strengths Finder work and strategic planning to help you build sustainable success.

Executive Coaching

​​Whether it's complete personal growth or only professional mentoring...take your life back!  Build a divine plan based on your life's purpose.  Leverage The Divine 3 to put your inspirations into action.  Leverage emotional intelligence to improve you life.

*Fourteen 60-minute sessions in 6 months (every two weeks) focused on strengths based work-life balance & accountability activties.  Helping structure your routine to mirror your purpose.

*Educational activities given throughout the 6 months.
Building long term habits to ensure that you achieve your short and long-term professional and personal goals.  Leveraging StrengthsFinder, Emergenetics and other assessments to build strength in Emotional Intelligence... specifically self awareness, social awareness and empathy.  Creating consistency in your weekly activities and staying focused on people develompent, accountability and EQ to create a strengths based culture for you and your organization.

*Ongoing executive work that includes one on ones (2, 3 or 4 times/month), in-person observations, leadership team meetings and discounts on group training sessions.

*Unlimited support via phone/text/email during the month.

*Educational activities given throughout the month.
